Referrals.

We welcome referrals and enquiries from young people aged around 12 and over, adults, and the families and support networks around them.

Weave OT works with NDIS-funded, private and Medicare-referred clients. Services are available across Australia via telehealth, with face-to-face support offered in the Greater Geelong region.
